Three cups mulberries

One and a half cup white sugar

Quarter cup all purpose sugar

One tablespoon butter

One tablespoon milk

 Preparation:

Take a bottom pie crust and then place a mixture into it and cover it with top pie crust.

Slit the upper crust, crimp the edges and brush the pie with milk

Two and a half cup mulberries

Three tablespoon water

One and a half cup granulated sugar

 Preparation:

Take a medium sized, heavy bottomed saucepan over medium heat and add all the ingredients together into it. Let it boil for two minutes and then let it simmer for two minutes. Let the mixture thicken until the foam subsides and then transfer the content into a bottle and close the lid lightly. After cooling for ten hours you can eat the mulberry jam so that you can get all the health benefits.
